About yoji studio

yoji studio is a web development and white-hat SEO studio for B2B companies entering European markets. We build search not as a set of rankings for a report, but as a predictable channel of enquiries — and we only take on a project when we're confident of the result.

In short. yoji studio — web development + white-hat SEO for B2B in Europe. Founder — Andrey Mikhailov. The team is spread across 7 European countries. With 50+ projects across 16 niches behind us. Our flagship case — Cyprus investment real estate: ×15 organic traffic in 31 months and ~11 enquiries a month with no advertising.

Who we are

yoji studio does two things that reinforce each other: it builds high-conversion websites and promotes them in search using white-hat methods. On their own, these services deliver only half the result — a beautiful site with no traffic, or traffic that lands on a page unable to turn a visit into an enquiry. We combine them into a single channel.

Our specialism is B2B companies with a long sales cycle entering European markets: legal and financial services, manufacturing, consulting, digital products. These are niches where a single client pays back months of work, and the buying decision isn't made on impulse but after finding the company in search several times and becoming convinced of its expertise. For a business like this, organic search isn't "just another channel" — it's the foundation of trust.

We work with two audiences: B2B across Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Cyprus and other EU markets) and Russian-speaking audiences worldwide. Hence our focus on international and multilingual SEO: sound language architecture, hreflang, and content adapted to each market — not a machine translation of the same page.

The team

Behind every result there are people, not a nameless "account manager." Your project is led by a named specialist you talk to directly. The core of the team:

Andrey Mikhailov

Founder · strategy and results. Responsible for promotion strategy and the bottom-line numbers on projects. With 50+ projects across 16 niches and 7 European countries behind him. His principle is what the studio is built on: "SEO for rankings' sake is for reports; we build search as a predictable channel of enquiries and only take on a project if we're confident we'll deliver."

Margarita

SEO strategist · project management. Responsible for keyword research, the content plan and the internal structure of sites. She turns strategy into a concrete stream of tasks: which queries, which pages, in what order — and how to tie them together with internal linking into a working system.

Timur

Web development · implementation. Responsible for the technical side: speed, clean code, correct indexing and rolling out SEO fixes to the site. This is the very part that most often "eats away" the result at other contractors — with us it's under the team's control.

The team is spread across 7 European countries — this lets us look at EU markets not from abroad but from the inside, and understand local search results and audience behaviour.

Our approach

Three principles we work by — and by which you should choose us (or not).

Enquiries, not rankings

A top ranking is a means, not an end. We measure the work by traffic and enquiries from organic, not by a line saying "you're in 3rd place" in a report. The project dashboard is fully open to you.

White-hat SEO only

No link buying, no behavioural-signal manipulation. It's more expensive and slower, but the result is durable and doesn't collapse with the next algorithm update. It's the client's business at risk — so we don't take risks.

We take it on if we're confident

After the audit we give you an honest forecast. If the niche, budget or state of the site won't reach payback in a reasonable timeframe, we'll say so at the start rather than take money for a weak result.

How we decide whether to take on a project. We don't sell an "SEO package" to everyone. First comes a free audit: we look at the site, the niche and the competitors, assess the real scope of work and calculate payback on your numbers. Only then do we quote a price and take on the work — or honestly explain why it isn't worth it for you right now.

Case study: Cyprus investment real estate — ×15 traffic in 31 months

Our key public case study is a Cyprus investment real estate company. At the start the company was almost invisible in search: around 40 visits a month, with clients coming only through referrals. We built out the keyword landscape of the niche and adjacent topics, set up a content machine of expert articles and carefully funnelled it towards the service pages.

×15

Over 31 months organic traffic grew from ~40 to 600–750 visits a month and reached ~11 enquiries a month without a single euro on advertising. With an average service ticket of €2,000–20,000+, a channel like this pays for itself many times over — and keeps working even when we spend nothing on ads.

We deliberately don't promise "top spot in a month": 31 months is the honest timeframe for sustainable growth by white-hat methods, not a pretty number from a pitch deck. The full case study — with screenshots of the growth curve and the logic behind the work — is on a separate page.
